Delivery term
Order will be posted on the next working day if payment done and notified before 7pm.
Payment confirmed after 7pm each day would be considered as next day payment for courier purposes.
Note:
Working days – Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays & weekends). Naturally there will be delays for orders that are paid on Saturdays and Sundays.

Shipping costs are fully paid for by Shaneo. No additional charges will apply to your order within Malaysia.Outside of Malaysia – International Shipping
Shipping costs are determined by weight & delivery method. You may also instantly check the shipping cost by using our shopping cart shipping estimator. Simply [Add To Cart] the items, go to [View Cart] and [Estimate Shipping & Taxes]. No registration required.
Standard shipment: Shipments are by selected Ccurier services in Malaysia.
All orders will be shipped and delivered to our customers within 3 – 5 working days upon confirmation of your purchase.

Occasionally delivery may be subject to delays due to missed shipment by the courier company which is out of our control.
International shipping
Shipping costs are determined by weight & delivery method. Our shopping cart is currently supported only for Malaysia.
