Return and Refund Policy

Product exchange

All products sold are not returnable after confirmation of purchase. However, in the event of damaged or defective products (i.e. – broken sachets, leaking and etc.), you may submit a Product Exchange Request to us at shaneoglobal@gmail.com. We will then process the exchange within 7 working days after receiving your returning products. The request must be made within 7 days from the day you received the products and you are responsible for the returning shipping costs.

Return and refund

In the event of damaged or defective products, and you have decided not to opt for product exchange, you may submit a Product Return and Refund Request to us at shaneoglobal@gmail.com. We will then process the refund within 7 working days to the original payment method you have made after receiving your returning products. The request must be made within 7 days from the day you received the products and you are responsible for the returning shipping costs.

  • Account name
  • Account number
  • Phone number
  • Reason for return and refund
